Elders: Duncan & Jill Moass

Duncan and Jill are founder members of Oasis. Together they have oversight of the church's music ministry and are gifted worship leaders. Their desire is to see the church move into exuberant, passionate praise, and intimate worship. Jill is a Music Therapist and Duncan is a lawyer. They also help with the pastoral work in the church and have a real burden to see Christian values brought in to family life and marriages.  They have two children - Zoe and Dominic.

Elder: Ian and Judy Berle

Ian and Judy are founder members of Oasis. They have a grown-up son. Judy is a Community Nurse in Mitcham, and Ian manages a medical illustration department in a London teaching hospital.

Ian is a member of the London Baptist's Preachers Association and visits local churches in SW London. They

are committed to seeing the Gospel touch peoples' lives, transforming them, and bringing hope into hopeless situations.
